Arroyo positive 07/05/1982 Positive test ID 156

Arroyo tested positive after Stage 17 of the 1982 Vuelta while leading the race, winning overall until the result was announced 48 hours after the Vuelta ended. The 10-minute penalty effectively demoted him to 13th overall on the final GC.
