Bugno appeal 11/10/1994 Appeal against sanction ID 395
Bugno appealed to the CAS and succeeded in having a) his sentence reduced from the two years required by CONI to three months (with three months already served) and b) caffeine declassified to a lesser status with a six-month tariff.
