Freiburg Report - T-Mobile 13/05/2009 Investigation ID 643
The Freiburg Report described widespread doping at T-Mobile from 2004 until 2006, when Bob Stapleton took over. Klöden paid to stop proceedings being taken against him in 2009, which does not equate to an admission of guilt in German law.
