Keisse appeal #1 02/11/2009 Appeal against sanction ID 1282
The Belgian authority acquitted Keisse on the grounds of insufficient evidence that he had knowingly used doping products and that no details of the amounts of the banned substances in the samples had been provided in evidence brought against the rider.
