Keisse appeal #2 07/07/2010 Appeal against sanction ID 1283

UCI successfully appealed to the Court for Arbitration in Sport to reimpose Keisse's suspension on the grounds of strict liability. Eleven months of inactivity pending the rider's appeal of the original two-year ban were taken into account.
