Riccò appeal 01/03/2013 Appeal against sanction ID 954
Riccò appealed unsuccessfully to the CAS arguing that the proceedings against him had not been impartial. The CAS found that Riccò had failed to present sufficient evidence of his claims and a 12-year suspension was confirmed.
