Russian Olympic exclusions hearing 25/03/2020 Appeal against sanction ID 1312
Three athletes allegedly used banned substances and were excluded from the 2016 Olympic Games. A case before a Canadian court on the a right of reply was dismissed on the grounds that CAS was the competent authority for such an appeal.
