Vinhas positive 11/08/2018 Positive test ID 1301
Vinhas tested positive after Stage 9 of the 2018 Volta a Portugal. The rider had received medication after a severe crash earlier in the race and the substance may be used during competition if supported by a TUE. He was eventually suspended for a month.
