Vorganov positive 14/01/2016 Positive test ID 1188
Vorganov was one of over 170 athletes to test positive shortly after the substance was added to the prohibited list. WADA announced an amnesty for those cases involving small quantities and the rider was eventually cleared to race by the UCI.
