Cabello positive #2 03/02/1994 Positive test ID 914
Cabello tested positive every day of the 1994 Vuelta a Mallorca, which he originally won. This second positive was returned after Stage 2. The results were blamed on treatment for an injury the previous October and the rider was suspended for six months.
