Europcar violation 20/06/2013 Violation ID 1021
On 09 June 2013, prior to Stage 8 of the Critérium du Dauphiné, an MPCC blood test showed that Rolland had an unusually low cortisol level. The rider started the stage in contravention of MPCC Rule 9, therefore his team was suspended by the MPCC.
