Urea positive 04/02/1992 Positive test ID 966
Urea tested positive after Stage 1 of the 1992 Vuelta a Andalucía. His team blamed the result on an eyewash treatment. Urea was fined 50 FICP points and since the stage had been a team time trial, Seur's riders were penalised by ten minutes.
